RUSH ORDER - Orders can be completed in as few as 1- 4 days for an additional fee. Email or call us for details. We have the right to refuse services for rush orders.
POLICY FOR PAYMENT - For all customers we require full payment upon order placement. Orders over $500 will apply 50/50 terms meaning: a minimum 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, and the balance upon completion of the order.
PICK-UP, DELIVERY& SHIPPING - Completed orders can be picked up at our office in Lanham, Maryland between the hours of 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM (SUMMER 2023 HOURS) Monday through Friday. We hold the discretion to refuse pick-up services.
Delivery arrangements must be made at initial order, and are subject to a $25-95 fee. Deliveries are only made within commutable DMV areas.
Shipping arrangements provided by USPS/UPS/FedEx at the request of the client. ees apply to the order based on weight and destination.
ARTWORK
GENERAL INFORMATION - Artwork can be up to 6 colors. Our in-house artists can work with your own design or create one for you. Please call or email us for details.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION - Artwork should be "camera ready" and color separated in the form of electronic file (jpg, png, ai only). If your artwork requires color separation, an additional charge applies.
We are no Longer accepting HARDCOPY
ELECTRONIC FILES - Files should be sent via email (missposhtude@gmail.com) only. .jpg, .png are recommended/acceptable formats.
HALFTONES - Normal halftones should be printed at 300dpi or higher depending on size and detail. If artwork is not in the correct resolution, a minimum of $10 artwork adjustment fee will apply.
