All printing services to include Embroidery, Rhinestone Design, ScreenPrinting (Silk Screen), and Heat Press are FINAL. No credits, No exchanges No refunds will be issued once order is placed, and/or fulfilled and payment is processed.
*Effective January 1, 2024 any changes to overall artwork, and/or design to be printed will be charged a surcharge fee of $10-100 prior to beginning the printing process.
Embroidery for Products * All stitch counts rounded up to nearest thousand.
Option Standard Service: 2 Business Days for Digitizing Services (Artwork Services) and minimum 5-10 Business days for Printing upon Approval of logo.
Option Expedited Service: 1 Business Day for Digitizing Services (Artwork Services) and 3-5 Business days for Printing upon Approval of logo. *Rush Order Fees apply to Artwork Services and Printing
Embroidery for Patches
Option: Standard Service: 3 Business Days for Digitizing Services (Artwork Services) , 2 Business Days for Digital Sew-Outs, and Review of Digitized File and minimum 5- 28 working days for Printing upon Approval of logo. Please note the projected turnaround time will be determined by the number or quantity of patches and method of printing selected. The minimum number is for smaller and single piece jobs only.
Option: Expedited Service: 1-2 Business Days for All Digitizing/ Artwork Services and 3-25 Business days for Printing upon Approval of logo. *Rush Order Fees apply to Artwork Services and Printing. **Any of the services, with turnaround times less than the mentioned above Standard Service are subject to a rush order fee. Rush order fees are as follows: (Expedited Services)
ORDERING NOTES
1. Quantities are for pricing purposes and are determined by number of pieces per design and garment style. For example -Shirts and hats cannot be combined for quantity.
2. Prices do not include complete color changes for specific designs. Color Change fees apply to Screenprinted and Heat Press Artwork. There is a standard flat fee of $25 for color changes added to the order total. Splitting colors fee apply to orders where the ink color/shirt color combinations are used for the order. The Splitting Colors fee is a flat $20 which is applied to the order total. For example – an order of 12 shirts where 6 shirts will be White with Black Ink, and 6 Shirts will be Black with White
3. We are not responsible for quality of embroidery from files not digitized by our company.
4.We are not responsible for quality of printing specifications from shirts not provided from our manufacturers.
5.We are not responsible for printing on defective items or on incorrect styles, colors and sizes sent by merchandise vendors. 6.Back orders may be billed as new orders, based on applicable quantities for each separate production run.
SHIPPING NOTES/INFORMATION
All shipments are Ground, unless mentioned in original sales quote. The client is responsible in full for all fees associated with shipping to include packaging, and postal/mailing prices. Prices are based on the Delivery Services Current Rates based on PoshTude’s 20720 or 20706 zip code. There are no discounts, or refunds on shipping cost.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
PoshTude Embroiders is currently accepting CASH at vending events only. NO Personal Checks are accepted at this time, however Company Checks are welcomed. Credit Cards are accepted via terminal (to include not limited to Apple Wallet, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal) at the discretion of PoshTude Embroiders’ Associate. All invoicing will be processed through PayPal only. If an invoicing client, all payments must be made on the PayPal Merchant site, through the invoice link. No exceptions.
50/50 Terms of payment are defined as 50% payment required before processing order, and 50% required upon receipt of goods for all orders. 50/50 terms only applies to orders $500 or higher ( at the discretion of PoshTude Fashion Closet).
NO HOLDS beyond the scheduled due date/delivery date- will be allowed for all services. Client is required to arrange pick-up or delivery of items within 24-48 business hours of order completion. Your Order will be forfeited and PoshTude will discontinue/void any future services with clients.
