SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR CUSTOM PRINTING SERVICES

PoshTude Embroiders offers a range of printing services, including Embroidery, Rhinestone Design, Screen Printing (Silk Screen), and Heat Press. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, all sales are final. There are no credits, exchanges, or refunds for any orders that have been placed or fulfilled.

Any modifications to the overall artwork or design to be printed will incur a surcharge fee ranging from $10 to $100. This policy has been in effect since January 1, 2024, and the surcharge must be paid prior to beginning the printing process.

EMBROIDERY SERVICES FOR PRODUCTS

All stitch counts for embroidery are rounded up to the nearest thousand. The following timelines apply:

  • Standard Service: Digitizing services (artwork services) are completed within 2 business days, and printing is completed within 7–10 business days upon approval of the logo.
  • Expedited Service: Digitizing services (artwork services) are completed within 1 business day, and printing is completed within 5–7 business days upon approval of the logo. Rush order fees apply to both artwork services and printing.

EMBROIDERY SERVICES FOR PATCHES (PATCHES HAVE 12PC MINIMUM)

  • Standard Service: Digitizing services (artwork services) take 3 business days, digital sew-outs and review of digitized files take 2 business days, and printing is completed within 28 working days upon approval of the logo.
  • Expedited Service: All digitizing/artwork services are completed within 1–2 business days, and printing is completed within 20–25 business days upon approval of the logo. Rush order fees apply to both artwork services and printing.

SCREEN PRINTING AND HEAT PRESS DESIGN

  • Standard Service: Artwork enhancement is completed within 2 business days, and printing is completed within 5–7 business days upon approval of the logo.
  • Expedited Service: Artwork enhancement is completed the same day, and printing is completed within 3–4 business days upon approval of the logo. Rush order fees apply to both artwork services and printing.
  • No Wait Service (Heat Press Only): Artwork enhancement is completed the same day, and printing is completed within 1–2 business days upon approval of the logo. Rush order fees apply to both artwork services and printing.

RUSH ORDER FEES

Any services with turnaround times shorter than the standard service are subject to rush order fees as follows:

  • Embroidery: Additional $40 flat fee applied to final sub total
  • Screen Printing: Additional $75 flat fee applied to final sub total
  • Heat Press Design: Additional $20 flat fee applied to final sub total

No Wait Service: No appointment. No waiting list. Just fast, quality embroidery.

  • Embroidery: Additional $50 flat fee applied to final sub total
  • Screen Printing: N/A, not offered for this service
  • Heat Press Design: Additional $25 flat fee applied to final sub total

TERMS FOR SERVICES

  • Quantities for pricing are determined by the number of pieces per design and garment style. For instance, shirts and hats cannot be combined for quantity pricing.
  • Prices do not include complete color changes for specific designs. Color change fees apply to screen printed and heat press artwork, with a standard flat fee of $25 added to the order total. For example, if the shirt color remains the same but the design color changes, the fee applies.
  • A splitting colors fee applies to screen printed orders when ink color/shirt color combinations differ within the order. This fee is a flat $20 added to the order total. For example, an order of 12 shirts where 6 are white with black ink and 6 are black with white ink will incur this fee.
  • PoshTude Embroiders is not responsible for the quality of embroidery from files not digitized by the company. Embroidery files from outside designers are not accepted; all digitizing must be completed by PoshTude Embroiders.
  • The company is not responsible for the quality of printing specifications for shirts not provided by their manufacturers. PoshTude Embroiders is not responsible for printing on defective items or on incorrect styles, colors, and sizes provided by merchandise vendors.
  • Customers who provide their own garments or items for embroidery understand and accept that embroidery involves high-speed machinery, needles, and tension that can occasionally damage fabrics or garments. While we take every precaution to ensure quality results, PoshTude Embroiders is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-supplied items that become damaged during the embroidery process. By submitting your own items for embroidery, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for the replacement of those items if damage occurs. We recommend providing extra garments when possible to account for testing or unforeseen issues. Thank you for your understanding.
  • All shipments are made via ground service unless otherwise specified in the original sales quote. Clients are fully responsible for all shipping fees, including packaging and postal/mailing costs. Shipping prices are based on the delivery service's current rates from PoshTude’s 20720 or 20706 zip code.
  • Back orders may be billed as new orders, based on applicable quantities for each separate production run.

PAYMENTS

  • PoshTude Embroiders currently accepts cash at vending events only. Personal checks are not accepted; however, company checks are welcomed.
  • Credit cards are accepted via terminal, including but not limited to Apple Wallet, Zelle, Cash App, Chime and PayPal, at the discretion of a PoshTude Embroiders associate. Contract printing clients must pay via PayPal terminal for protection purposes.
  • For Non-profit organizations orders of $500 or more, 50% payment is required before processing and 50% upon receipt of goods. Smaller amounts for religious and child related nonprofits may be accepted at the discretion of PoshTude Fashion Closet.
  • No holds will be permitted beyond the scheduled due date, delivery date, or pick-up date. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date or within 24 hours of order completion will be forfeited, and PoshTude will discontinue or void any future services with the client. This policy has been in effect since August 1, 2023.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • PoshTude Embroiders reserves the right to refuse to process or fulfill any client order or payment.
